    Design Statement

    The brief is an exercise in precision, a home where architecture and construction have been resolved as a single, uncompromising act. Designed to foster a seamless connection between architecture, landscape and everyday living, the home balances sculptural presence with warmth and enduring liveability.

    Material Expression

    Rich in veined marble and walnut cabinetry, the warmth of the home is held in balance against the cool tonality of stone and earth hues underfoot. Throughout, the palette is cohesive and deliberate, honed concrete, book-matched marble, oiled timber, frameless glass. Every decision made at drawing stage is honoured in the build.

    Conceptual Layout

    The advantage of an integrated design and construction team is the ability to resolve opportunities and challenges from the outset. This residence was shaped to make the most of its prominent corner position and prized northern orientation, creating light-filled living spaces, a strong relationship to the landscape.

    Architectural Perspective

    At the rear, the architecture dissolves the boundary between inside and out, with full-height glazing and a bespoke organic ceiling form that marks the threshold between shelter and sky. Presented in 3D, the design allows you to experience the spaces, materials and proportions before moving forward with construction.

Materiality is refined and cohesive. Stone and timber are layered to create depth, with the kitchen expressed as a monolithic centrepiece, generous stone surfaces paired with warm joinery, integrated seamlessly into the architecture.
