Another record set, $11 million in City beach.

Water and waves were the logical motivators defining the architecture of this seaside entertainer facing the City Beach coastline.

This residence by Giorgi completed in 2020 takes full inspiration from its waterfront position, including a custom wave-like curved roofline. The elevated front frames water views from most of the main rooms and extensive living areas located on each floor.

With the ability to open the home up completely taking full advantage of the gentle breezes, the days temperatures, the fresh sea air and the scent of the coastal dunes but also being able to close in these same spaces for intimate gatherings integrating with its internal living spaces in a way that needs to be experienced to be fully understood.

Views to the ocean are available from almost every room internally and can be enjoyed from all the external entertaining areas as well. This meticulously finished and highly specified home left much to be desired and was reflected in the value of another record sale price.
