Our Echelon ultra-luxury apartment project in South Perth has just won an Urban Development Institute of Australia Award for Excellence in the Medium Density category.

The UDIA judges remarked on Echelon’s elegance and contribution to the area’s vibrancy.

The UDIA Award closely follows our prestigious HIA 2020 Perth Home of the Year for our much-admired City Beach house, plus a swag of other awards that go to make a total of 23 for last year’s portfolio of work.

These prizes recognise Giorgi’s innovation and quality across both individual custom residences and multi-residential projects. In fact, the same high standards have applied to everything we have done since we won our first accolade more than 25 years ago.
