Our Services

Our developments provide a unique service offering, something new, fresh and unique to the Perth built environment. We take a holistic approach, using in-depth market research and considered project procurement to deliver a premium product and significant investor returns.

Site Analysis and Feasibility

We undertake a thorough assessment, gaining an understanding of the conditions, constraints and opportunities specific to this site. This information enables us to make recommendations as to maximise the site for best use. We also carry out a preliminary compliance and regulatory assessment and establish clear budgets so we can provide an accurate feasibility study.

Design

During this process our in-house architects will further explore and refine the preliminary concept, engage with specialist consultants and provide clarity around development costs. We also provide 3D concepts and plans, plus an estimate on construction costs.

Strategic Planning

We work alongside some of Perth’s most experienced and knowledgeable planning consultants who – building on our initial compliance assessments – will establish a strategy to achieve the best outcome for the project and work towards obtaining a development approval.

Construction Documentation

At this point of the project our in-house construction and design team will prepare the necessary drawings to obtain a building permit, liaise and manage input from specialist consultants and develop the project’s interior schemes and designs.

Sales and Marketing

With many years of market experience selling high-end homes off the plan, we have a strong understanding of the market and what is required to deliver the best results, During this phase we work with and engage with Perth’s leading agents and agencies to produce marketing collateral, review sales contracts and report on all sales activity.

Construction

Our in-house construction team – who have been involved with the project from inception – will now commence tendering and working towards commencement of the build. We manage and program each stage of the build meticulously, ensuring that both budgets and project deadlines are met.
