In a clear demonstration of sustained excellence in luxury residential building, Perth-based architecture and build practice Giorgi has been awarded the 2025 Housing Industry Association (HIA) Perth Home of the Year for its recently completed Peppermint Grove residence.

Alongside this top honour, Giorgi also received:

• Custom Built Home $1.7 million – $2.5 million Award
• Custom Built Home $3.5 million – $7 million Award

The firm was also a finalist in two design categories Residential Design of the Year and Residential Interior Design of the Year
