Hillway Residences

The Hillway Residences building is a carefully considered and crafted piece of contemporary architecture. Though strong and solid it seeks to make its forms float and feel light as if they were the sails on a yacht. It is the combination of considered sculptural articulation, proportion and engineering that work together to create this drama.

The entry is instantly apparent with projecting concrete planes and scooping curved walls which express sculptural qualities, whilst requiring little maintenance. In addition, the combination of warm timber and raw concrete finishes offer an earthy palette which is both natural and timeless.

Internally the residences have a contemporary Giorgi pallet. With high ceilings, beautifully crafted cabinetry and integrated living, the flow of the residences is seamless and elegant.
