Situated along the waterfront in City Beach, our latest architectural creation takes ques from the local surrounds. An organic sweeping roof form seemingly floats above the architecture, hinting at the undulating dunes and dynamic coastal backdrop beyond.

Double height gallery walls are strategically bathed in natural light, providing the occupants opportunities to display their bespoke art collection. The journey through the entrance gallery to the upper level offers views over the lap pool towards the coastal shrubs and ocean beyond, elegantly framed by the cantilevered rear balcony.
