Situated between several 4/5 storey apartment buildings on narrow lots the verticality of surrounding forms is apparent, so the key was to break this down the rigidity and create fluid horizontal elements to fashion better proportions and give the building a more homely atmosphere.

With a focus on entertaining the living areas and pool deck are raised on the upper levels to create privacy and a seamless aspect of the city skyline over the infinity edge pool line. Commercial construction methods have been used which will bring speed and durability to this project which will stand out along the front row of the South Perth skyline for many years to come.
