Founded by Claude Giorgi in 1994, with a vision to shape the landscape of architecture and construction in Western Australia, Giorgi is proudly family-owned and run, with Claude’s son Danny now as Director. Giorgi has always been highly regarded as a market leader in the industry.

A History of Excellence

• 1994: Buildwise was founded, focusing on quality single-storey homes. A shift to custom-designed homes soon followed.
• 2004-2012: Employed the first architect, pioneering the model of having architects and builders collaborate under one roof. Incorporated as an architectural practice in 2010. Opened the first architecturally designed Western Suburbs display home.
• 2009: Rebranded to Giorgi, reflecting the quality and size of homes delivered, showcasing a personal commitment to excellence.
• 2013-2023: Entered the luxury apartment market with projects in South Perth and West Perth.
• 2022: Updated the brand logo and moved to a new head office, reflecting Giorgi’s commitment to innovation.
• 2024: Continues to focus on architectural design and high-quality builds for both residential and commercial properties.
