It takes hundreds of highly skilled people plus infinite hours of inspiration, organisation and plain hard work to complete a landmark project like Echelon River Residences on the corner of Mends Street and South Perth Esplanade. That’s why we wanted to mark the occasion by celebrating in style.

On 1 August, the team from Giorgi and around 200 invited guests took over Miss Chow’s on Echelon’s ground floor for the official launch of the finished project.

South Perth Mayor Sue Doherty conducted the formalities and declared the building officially open.

Guests included investors, buyers and a wide variety of people who contributed to this major new addition to the Mends Street precinct.

While chowing down on creative Asian-inspired canapés from Miss Chow’s with a glass in hand, the crowd watched the building illuminated by a stunning light show.

Fireworks over the Swan River added extra sparkle to the iconic Perth cityscape views enjoyed by Echelon residents.

Giorgi’s managing director Claude Giorgi said the official launch of Echelon River Residences was a time to pause and acknowledge the delivery of this turnkey design and construct project on time and on budget.

“It’s our way of thanking the many people who have supported this special project, from our talented in-house team at Giorgi to our financiers; our suppliers to our tradespeople who worked tirelessly on the tools to achieve the high standards of craftsmanship we demand on all our projects,” he said.

“We would also like to thank those who have bought into Echelon and made it their new home in this landmark location.”

Each residence offers uninterrupted river views and around 300sqm of indoor-outdoor living in house-sized three bedroom, three bathroom and study accommodation with two-car secure parking.
